Here is another of the winning entries from our recent Fan Fiction competition. This story is by Quid: Grulm sat on a half buried rock staring blankly out over the Redridge Mountains. He was elevated slightly on a hill and down below him murlocks swam, spat and gurgled. Occasionally one would scurry up towards him and he’d swat it away or even throw it back down the hill. What was the reasoning behind the zombies? lvl 70 char was able to repeatedly attack my lvl 32 char completly ruining my game play. Now if it was lvl restricted so that lvl 70 could attack a lvl 70 then you would stand a chance. But a lvl 70 agianst a lvl 32???

Now that Season 4 has finally arrived, it would probably be good to take a look at the Arena gear you'll be purchasing with all those stored Arena points. Even though most people have concurred that the new Brutal Gladiator gear is appropriately brutally ugly, a lot of the pieces are excellent and many players will need to purchase them in order to stay competitive in the latest, harshest Arena season. Most of the Brutal Gladiator armor sets and equipment require personal ratings in order for players to be able to purchase them, so the new Season 4 gear will not flood the community the same

Uh oh, last night the plague took another turn for the worse. Players who do not wish to turn into zombies now only have 5 minutes to find a cure before they are transformed. Also, plagued NPCs seem to be spawning outside Horde and Alliance cities, and you now have a greater chance of being hit and infected by an exploding zombie, as the area of effect has been increased. Each day seems to bring new threats to the residents of Azeroth.
